I built Magnus-Lion to give small and medium trades-based businesses access to the kind of safety systems and support that actually move the needle. Not just compliance for the sake of it — but systems that win contracts, grow capability, and strengthen reputation.

My background spans both ends of the spectrum. I’ve been on the tools. I’ve led HSEQ at a group executive level. I’ve built and embedded safety systems across construction, logistics, trades, and resource-sector businesses — and I’ve seen first-hand what works, what doesn’t, and what’s wasted effort.

That’s why Magnus-Lion strips out the noise. I don’t deliver bloated binders or off-the-shelf templates. I work directly with business owners to build sharp, fit-for-purpose systems that protect their people, satisfy their clients, and open the door to bigger opportunities. Whether it’s helping you get through a client pre-qualification, audit, respond to a tender, or scale up your operations — I bring practical, honest support that’s grounded in experience.
